MineKatva: Cloud Mining User Agreement

Section 1. Scope of the Agreement
This Agreement governs your access to and use of MineKatva: Cloud Mining, including its features, services, content, updates, notices, operational rules, and related policies.
Any future announcements, feature descriptions, service guidelines, operational policies, or other documents published by the Platform shall form an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as these terms.

Section 2. User Eligibility
To use the Service, you must possess the legal capacity required under the laws of your jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally authorized to enter into and comply with this Agreement;
- Any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
- Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use MineKatva: Cloud Mining or any related services.

Section 3. Description of Services
MineKatva: Cloud Mining provides a virtual cloud computing resource experience environment intended for informational display, interactive participation, and platform functionality.
Depending on service availability and platform rules, features may include:
- Viewing and managing virtual cloud computing resources;
- Accessing simulated operational data and performance indicators;
- Participating in platform activities and interactive experiences;
- Using additional features introduced by the Platform from time to time.
Certain functions may be restricted due to technical limitations, regional availability, account status, or compliance requirements.

Section 4. Virtual Computing Resources
The virtual computing resources displayed within the application are provided solely as part of the Platform’s functionality and user experience.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- Such resources do not represent ownership of any physical equipment;
- They do not grant leasing rights, usage rights, or control over any hardware devices;
- They have no guaranteed monetary value;
- They are intended solely for use within the Platform environment.
Nothing displayed within the Service should be interpreted as evidence of ownership or rights in any real-world computing infrastructure.

Section 5. Platform Activities and Interactive Features
The Platform may periodically offer activities, tasks, promotional experiences, or other interactive features based on operational needs.
Participation in such activities may provide users with certain feature experiences, temporary privileges, or other effects as defined by applicable platform rules.
MineKatva: Cloud Mining reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate any activity or feature at its sole discretion.

Section 6. Simulated Information and Data Display
Users understand and acknowledge that certain content displayed within the Platform may consist of simulated calculations, virtual statistics, demonstration information, or algorithm-generated data.
Accordingly:
- Displayed information may change at any time;
- Historical records do not indicate future outcomes;
- Information is provided solely for reference and experiential purposes;
- Nothing displayed within the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, securities, trading, or other professional advice.

Section 7. Risk Disclosure
The operation of cloud-based services may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to:
- System maintenance or upgrades;

- Changes to platform rules;
- Network interruptions or connectivity issues;
- Infrastructure optimization;
- Events beyond reasonable control, including force majeure.
Users understand and accept that service availability, displayed information, and platform functionality may fluctuate, be delayed, or change from time to time.
Any decision or action taken based on information provided through the Service is the sole responsibility of the user.

Section 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MineKatva: Cloud Mining shall not be liable for:

- Changes to virtual data, displayed metrics, or informational content;
- Device failures, software compatibility issues, or network instability;
- Losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed within the Service;
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the Platform.
The Platform makes no guarantee regarding any specific result, benefit, or outcome.

Section 9. User Conduct
Users agree to:
- Use the Service in a lawful and responsible manner;
- Refrain from activities that interfere with normal platform operations;
- Avoid unauthorized access, reverse engineering, circumvention, or misuse of the Service;
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements.
The Platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users who violate these obligations.

Section 10. Amendments to the Agreement
MineKatva: Cloud Mining may revise, supplement, or update this Agreement from time to time to reflect business development, service improvements, legal requirements, or operational needs.
Revised versions will become effective upon publication through the application or related communication channels.
Continued use of the Service following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Section 11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
