End User License Agreement (EULA)

MineKatva: Cloud Mining

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MineKatva: Cloud Mining ("MineKatva: Cloud Mining," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

This EULA governs your access to, installation of, and use of the MineKatva: Cloud Mining application, together with any related features, content, updates, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, launching, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Service.

If you are accepting this EULA on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.


1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, MineKatva: Cloud Mining grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to install and use the Service on compatible devices that you own or are authorized to control.
This license is provided solely for lawful personal use. No ownership interest in the Service, software, or related intellectual property is transferred to you.
Users are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, software, and network connectivity required to access the Service.


2. Platform Purpose
MineKatva: Cloud Mining provides a virtual cloud computing experience environment intended for informational, demonstration, and entertainment purposes.
The Service may display simulated cloud resource allocations, virtual performance indicators, estimated outputs, algorithm-generated statistics, or other demonstration-based information.
Users acknowledge that:
- The Service does not perform actual cryptocurrency mining activities;
- The Service does not participate in blockchain validation processes;
- The Service does not issue, exchange, or manage digital assets;
- The Service is not an investment product or financial service.
Any information displayed within the application is intended solely for reference and experiential purposes.


3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, ownership interests, and intellectual property associated with the Service remain the exclusive property of MineKatva: Cloud Mining or its licensors.
This includes, without limitation:
- Software code;
- User interfaces;
- Graphics and visual assets;
- Logos and trademarks;
- Databases and algorithms;
- Text, documentation, and related content.
Except for the limited license expressly granted under this EULA, no rights are assigned or transferred to users.


4. Acceptable Use Requirements
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Attempt to access source code or underlying technologies;
- Modify, reproduce, copy, or distribute any portion of the Service without authorization;
- Lease, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Service;
- Use automation tools, scripts, bots, or unauthorized software to interfere with platform operations;
- Circumvent security mechanisms or technical restrictions;
- Share account access with unauthorized persons;
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in suspension or termination of access.


5. Virtual Data and Feature Availability
Certain information, indicators, outputs, rewards, or statistics displayed within the Service may be generated through simulation models, platform rules, or system algorithms.
Users understand that:
- Virtual values may fluctuate or change without notice;
- Demonstration data may be adjusted following updates, maintenance, or operational changes;
- Availability of features, activities, and virtual content is not guaranteed;
- Historical information does not predict future results.
Nothing displayed within the Service should be interpreted as having guaranteed value or real-world financial significance.


6. Service Availability
The Service may occasionally be affected by maintenance activities, software upgrades, infrastructure improvements, technical issues, network conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Accordingly, MineKatva: Cloud Mining does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.


7. Termination of License
This EULA remains effective until terminated.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably determine that:
- You have violated this EULA;
- You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct;
- You have compromised platform security or operations;
- Continued access may create legal, technical, or operational risks.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and removing the application from your devices.
Termination does not automatically entitle users to refunds, compensation, or restoration of virtual content except where required by applicable law.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
MineKatva: Cloud Mining makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- Continuous availability of the Service;
- Freedom from errors, interruptions, or defects;
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of displayed information;
- Compatibility with every device or operating environment;
- Satisfaction of individual expectations or objectives.
Use of the Service is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.


9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MineKatva: Cloud Mining and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use of or inability to access the Service;
- Service interruptions or performance issues;
- Changes to simulated data or platform functionality;
- Device failures or connectivity problems;
- Loss of information, virtual content, business opportunities, or anticipated benefits;
- Reliance upon information displayed within the Service.
Certain jurisdictions may not permit some limitations described above, in which case applicable legal protections shall prevail.


10. Apple App Store Requirements
This EULA is entered into solely between you and MineKatva: Cloud Mining, and not with Apple Inc.
You acknowledge that:
- Apple has no responsibility for operating or supporting the Service;
- Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the application or its use;
- Any applicable refund rights are governed by Apple's policies and applicable law;
- Apple and its affiliated entities may be considered third-party beneficiaries of this EULA where permitted by law.


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which MineKatva: Cloud Mining operates.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this EULA should first be addressed through good-faith discussions between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to a court or tribunal having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.


12. Revisions to This EULA
MineKatva: Cloud Mining may periodically revise this EULA to reflect changes in business operations, legal obligations, technology, or service functionality.
Updated versions become effective upon publication within the application or through other reasonable notification methods.
Continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
